Despite its nice graphics, ATOMIK: RunGunJumpGun is a shooter that should had offered a more interesting and complex gameplay in order to justify the several challenges (which are unnecessarily difficult) created by ThirtyThree.

6.5 / 10.0 - The Inpatient
Feb 1, 2018

The Inpatient is a nice adventure from the developers of the Until Dawn saga, that offers a great use of the voice commands and PlayStation Move controllers in order to deliver a thrilling story, with a dark atmosphere and a few great jump-scares. Despite that, the short duration and the expensive price are two disappointing flaws that you should consider before spending almost 40 bucks for a story that you can complete in 2-to-3 hours.

An overall enjoyable and easy to get experience which combines features from beat 'em up and party game genres. Kirby Battle Royale is very fun to play together with some friends via its local multiplayer, but the lack of variety for the included mini-games makes the single player soon boring, while the Online mode surprisingly presents some major technical issues.

6.5 / 10.0 - Patapon Remastered
Jul 31, 2017

Patapon is back with its original personality thanks to a new remastered edition ready to entertain the PS4 fan base, even if this porting lacks of the same compelling experience found in the PSP version.

6.5 / 10.0 - Blaster Master Zero
Mar 17, 2017

Blaster Master Zero is an old-style shooter based on the NES classic, that debuts on Nintendo Switch with a bunch of new features and bosses. The game lacks of innovation and it's much similar to lots of other shooters from 30 years ago, which might be good for nostalgic players and 80's lovers, but not so much for those wanting to try some fresh experiences on Switch.

6.5 / 10.0 - NORTH
Mar 16, 2018

NORTH is a special experience that, despite the lack of a proper gameplay and its short duration, succeed to make the player feel what it means to be an immigrant in a foreign country, hostile and far from the dearest loved ones. A nice experience with a futuristic cyberpunk style and an excellent soundtrack.

6.6 / 10.0 - WWE 2K18
Oct 24, 2017

Year after year, 2K's franchise keeps to entertain lots of wrestling lovers. Despite the lack of true innovations, WWE 2K18 is a fun experience, but after having played the last 4-5 games, people need way more than a simple step forward or a renewed visual aspect. The developers must work hard if they want to convince the audience to support this franchise one more time in the future.

7 / 10.0 - Call of the Sea
Dec 22, 2020

Call of the Sea is a narrative puzzle game that requires a very careful observation and in some cases even perseverance to solve some puzzles, since not everything will be so clear and understandable. The adventure, however, for the structure of the story, the characters and the dialogues is noteworthy, making the gaming experience engaging and interesting, never being trivial, with an ending that will literally be in your hands.

With the Remastered of Onimusha: Warlords, Capcom offers old and new players the chance to discover one of the most intriguing action games of the PS2 era. The work done by the development team is good, with a very positive restyling from a technical point of view but a little less good from that of the gameplay, which is particularly affected by the weight of the years and has to deal with structural limits that are decidedly difficult to digest in 2019.

7 / 10.0 - The Way of Life
Mar 15, 2018

The Way of Life: Definitive Edition is a nice walking simulator that lets you experience a 5-hour long journey to discover the meaning of life. The first production from the Italian indie team CyberCoconut is interesting, but because of its slow pace and some unripe gameplay aspects the game soon starts to feel boring, despite a deep message that would have deserved a better exposure.

7 / 10.0 - Mulaka
Feb 26, 2018

A short but interesting experience that offers a nice combat system and some great moments while fighting the huge bosses, but the overall adventure does not feel as unique as expected. Despite that, you should really give Munaka a try to discover an old and fascinating culture such as the Tarahumara.

7 / 10.0 - Atomega
Sep 20, 2017

Atomega is a missed opportunity. The choice of reveal the game one week before its launch penalizes a nice job from a talented developer studio as Reflections. Atomega offers a simple gameplay and a dreamlike setting, but despite that and a tempting launch price, the lack of variety in both game modes and maps cause players to feel bored after a few matches. We hope that in future the dev team can add more contents in order to provide more variety to an interesting experience.

7 / 10.0 - Sine Mora EX
Aug 7, 2017

Sine Mora EX is a revamped version of the original shoot 'em up developed by Digital Reality and Grasshopper Manufacture, which debuts on current-gen consoles after its original launch on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Despite the good additions to the original formula, the game lacks of an online coop mode and its longevity is not enough if compared to similar and much modern games.

7 / 10.0 - Impact Winter
Apr 10, 2018

Impact Winter has very good ideas, especially regarding the gameplay and its artistic choices. Unfortunately, they get buried under a pletora of technical problems and a choppy frame-rate. Just like the snow, Impact Winter hides the remains of our civilization in the game.

With Mario Sports Superstars, Camelot brings to the Mushroom Kingdom five of the most-loved sports that 3DS users can enjoy with Mario, Luigi and lots of other well-known characters. The different sports are good, but the game seems to be fun only if you play together with your friends or via online multiplayer, due to a lack of variety in the single-player activities.

7 / 10.0 - Dystoria

Dystoria is a nice six-axis sci-fi shooter that offers some interesting challenges, but its mechanics and level design are flawed by several issues that make difficult to enjoy it for more than a couple of hours.

Sabotage is not the best way to start the DLC Season for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, especially for PvP players. Only two of the four included maps are really inspired and actually fun to play, while the new Zombies episode called Rave in the Redwoods takes the mode to another level of craziness and cooperative play. If you loved the Zombies mode, then you must give it a try, but if you are just looking for some new multiplayer maps, then you should probably wait for a good sale.

The most-funded RPG on Kickstarter history debuts with some broken promises, such as the lack of an Italian localization, which was among the goals achieved by the software house. While offering a great adventure set in a huge fantasy world, the Xbox One version of Torment: Tides of Numenera lacks of stability and has several technical issues that can ruin the game experience.

7 / 10.0 - Lego Worlds
Mar 14, 2017

Despite its huge potential, LEGO Worlds it's still far from being a real alternative to Mojang's Minecraft. The latest entry in the LEGO franchise offers a nice game experience and a great price, but it also has several problems such as the lack of variety compared to the activities of previous games, a painful camera and some technical issues. If you can tolerate all those flaws, then you'd probably love the freedom to create anything you want with tons of different LEGO bricks.
