Tokyo Mirage Sessions # FE Encore is an excellent combination of Fire Emblem and Shin Megami Tensei/Persona. Features from renown RPG series are brought together for an interesting and worthwhile experience. The Switch version improves and refines upon the foundation of the Wii U version, making it a must buy for JRPG fans.

The exposition offered on the story's plotholes is a much-needed addition and the secret bosses are some of the best challenges in the series.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a jam packed game that I consider to be one of the best games on the Switch. This game has blown me away at every turn, and I can't put it down.

Resident Evil 3 Remake is less Resident Evil 3, and more of its own being. A great game, but lacks what made the original amazing.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is a fantastic first attempt at recreating what made the original so special, but the price of its ambition shows with a lack of polish in some areas.

Trials of Mana brings the original Seiken Densetsu III experience to new and old fans while offering more content to engage in. The simple and fun combat system pairs greatly with an ability system that is easy to understand. Although it has flaws carried over from the original game, Trials of Mana is an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Although it doesn't quite live up to the title of "Remastered", The Wonderful 101: Remastered is the best way to play this PlatinumGames classic. With a great story, soundtrack, and extremely fun and addictive combat, The Wonderful 101: Remastered is a great pickup for anyone looking for an enjoyable action game.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III is among one of Falcom's strongest JRPG games yet. The story of Rean Schwarzer heats up while bringing past characters into the present story, setting up an epic conflict across the world of Trails. Coupled with an excellent soundtrack, fun combat system and insane story twists, Trails of Cold Steel III is a shining example for JRPGs going forward.

Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition is absolutely the definitive way to experience this masterpiece. The new improvements are absolutely welcomed, and add much needed ease of access to the game. The remastered soundtrack is an absolute joy to listen to, and although Future Connected didn't quite live up to the hype, is still an enjoyable side story.

A faithful follow-up that doesn't try to reinvent the wheel, but is riddled with technical issues that mar the experience quite a bit.

Death Stranding does exactly what it set out to do - create an experience like nothing else on the market that is fresh and extremely thought provoking. It is one of the most ambitious titles I have ever played through. The game knows exactly what it is, and doesn't try to change that. Although the gameplay may fall short for some, Death Stranding is easily one of the most striking titles I have played in years, and is one I believe should be experienced by all.

Genshin Impact is an incredible action RPG which takes players on a free, story and character driven adventure. The current regions of Teyvat are filled with secrets and areas to explore and enjoy. The version 1.0 has some issues but those are mostly outweighed by a really good package coming out of the game's launch.
