Succinctly and clearly, the Nintendo Switch version of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition is not worth your money, at least not yet! It is a painful experience, with serious performance issues that make you completely forget the few improvements implemented in this classic trilogy, which for its legacy, deserved much more respect than it was due.

4.5 / 10.0 - Farm Manager 2022
Oct 7, 2022

In short, if you're looking to take the complex farming simulator, Farm Manager 22, everywhere on the Nintendo Switch: don't buy it. Of all the versions available, significantly you will be most satisfied with the Xbox and PlayStation version, although the all menu-driven controls are not the best experience for the player. The definitive version of this game seems to me to be an inevitable PC port with many improvements, where it will finally be a pleasure to play!

The Devil in Me closes the first season of Dark Pictures Anthology in a bittersweet way. If on the one hand we have a good setting and the construction of a promising theme at the start, the serious pacing problems and some inconsistencies during the narrative make the experience lose much of its charm.

5.7 / 10.0 - The Fridge is Red
Oct 31, 2022

I was hoping to have an experience I would enjoy remembering on Halloween but after a strong start, The Fridge is Red did everything it could to be lost in my memory, only reviving nostalgia for the PS1 era.

6 / 10.0 - ELEX II
Mar 21, 2022

Elex 2 brings us a game where its complexity is the player's ally to shape his path in this story, without needing to have played the prequel. However it feels somewhat empty and disappointing, with too much genericity, dragging excessively to culminate in an experience that doesn't add much to the player.

6 / 10.0 - Chocobo GP
Apr 27, 2022

Chocobo GP is a fun but rather modest game. If half the ambition that was put into monetizing the title was put into building a fairer progression system and equally whimsical in its gameplay base and circuit construction, we could have one of the most fun kart games of recent years here. Unfortunately, we are left with the 'if'...

To be honest Starship Troopers: Terran Command is not a bad game, but rather just mediocre, joining the list of other titles that drink and breathe this property, but without managing to live up to the name. You realize there could be a good RTS here, but the various issues raised by the review outside prevent it from being something bigger and better (there is no multiplayer either!). If you are a true fan of the saga and all that it encompasses you might find some fun here, otherwise I advise waiting for the next attempt.

6 / 10.0 - Rune Factory 5
Aug 4, 2022

Although somewhat fun when not disturbed by the problems described above, Rune Factory 5 is the first fully 3D title in the franchise and a step in the right direction for the saga (if sequels exist after the developers' bankruptcy). The already traditional Rune Factory systems such as combat, farming, and the famous interpersonal relationships are intact to some extent, but it is sad to see that the visuals come across as too simplistic for such a large-scale transition. With the controls making life difficult for players, I recommend first acquiring Rune Factory 4 Special and, if you like it, moving on to this fifth iteration.

6 / 10.0 - Saints Row
Aug 30, 2022

There were high lows and high lows in this quest for Saint Ileso. Not all of it was bad, it is fun yes, be it the bugs in the animations or the chaos that comes from the set of factors I mentioned. An interesting sandbox with little life.

Despite the apparent added value of including two games in one package, Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory / Fallen Legion Revenants is neither worth the retail price nor does it carry with it must-have titles to be displayed on anyone's shelf. Both deliver too similar an experience, with Revenants adding pointless and needlessly complex mechanics. Combat, meanwhile, an important figure in any RPG, becomes a bit repetitive and formulaic, requiring in later levels a huge reliance on the block button. Still, for all intents and purposes, Fallen Legion has good ideas, it's just a shame about its execution.

6.5 / 10.0 - Cotton Fantasy
Jun 6, 2022

Cotton Fantasy remains a game that is fairly consistent in style and comfortable to its origins, perhaps even too much so. The experience is challenging and the introduction of new styles of gameplay bring a fresh look to the series, but it still lacks more, especially for a 30-year legacy.

River City Saga: Three Kingdoms has everything you would know from a 'Kunio' experience: a well-crafted story with the relaxed, comedic side of the Three Kingdoms period, plenty of fighting for everything that moves; and the usual extreme frustration of the saga, with simple mechanics that are already getting pretty archaic these days.

Shin-chan: My Summer with the Professor - The Neverending Week is a very casual and fun game, particularly if you are a fan of this universe and its characters. It has a few glitches and breaks in pace, but it maintains the acid humor that Shinnosuke and the rest of the characters have gotten us used to.

6.5 / 10.0 - Super Crush KO
Feb 7, 2020

Super Crush KO is based on banal and somewhat saturated concepts. Visually it is quite captivating, so the graphics end up being the main strong point to highlight. In contrast, the dynamics are basic and the plot and challenges do not differ much in terms of originality. It is good content for casual and occasional matches. However, it is not something that progresses in order to become indispensable.

As it could be, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is a unique product and exclusively tailored for its fans, and an interesting approach for those who want to know the series, avoiding episodes of incessant screams and exchanges of glances, after all the episode here only ends when we wish.

If you are madly in love with the series starring Saitama, you will have several tasks to perform in the world created by ONE, coming from the homonymous city. Between fights with known monsters and fetch quests, you will feel at home and ready to accompany Saitama in training to become the most powerful hero in the world (however, I do not advise you to cross your own path). A less successful entry while playing in general but with a lot of lore to entertain fans, which simply does not justify an AAA PVP.

6.8 / 10.0 - INDUSTRIA
Jul 6, 2022

INDUSTRY brings a short adventure, but one that not only evokes nostalgia, but brings a concept that deserves to be explored. Too bad it doesn't explore to the fullest, but it leaves you with your mouth watering for what this team of only two people can bring to the industry. It is nonetheless an enjoyable journey that makes our time worthwhile.

6.9 / 10.0 - Edge of Eternity
Feb 10, 2022

Edge of Eternity wanted to be all the games that influenced it, and that prevented it from being its own game. With many ramifications and few conclusions we end up helpless in the beautiful and fairly populated Heryon. No doubt the future of Midgar will be interesting, and while its first adventure doesn't set the course, it already sets the stage for a series to follow.

7 / 10.0 - Hoa
Nov 22, 2021

Did I enjoy the game? I did. Do I want to play it again? Maybe; only for the settings and the soundtrack. And the question that leaves me reticent is this: Hoa would offer pretty much the same as a movie as it does as a game. The puzzles are minimal, the paths are linear, and the "game" component surrounding the narrative is basic. In practice, it is the art that saves Hoa. Still, for the beautiful journey it has to offer, I can't say I wouldn't recommend it.

The more I played and was captivated by Triangle Strategy's storyline, the more I understood that its excellent overarching story was changing my review. It is very easy to get carried away by what is good and close our eyes to everything else, but the truth is that the latest Square-Enix title has some problems: some poorly developed characters, little content outside the main story, imbalance between exposition and action, among others mentioned in the review. It's not all bad, though, because it's an entertaining tactical RPG to a certain extent, even more so after starting New Game Plus with all the other routes unexplored; most of the systems in question also work well for what they are. It's a solid recommendation to make for any lover of the genre, I just hope they have a strategy in place to combat the long dialogue sessions.
