6 / 10.0 - Warborn
Jun 30, 2020

Warborn is a competent title in its presentation and gameplay but its proposal is disappointing due to serious execution flaws. I emphasize that it is an excellent game for those who do not know the genre or prefer a very light experience in tactical games by turns. But proposing something more than the campaign and leaving something to be desired was disappointing. It could have a little place in the sun beside big names but it is better to remain in the shade so as not to suffer from heat stroke until you solve these problems and show your real potential.

A heresy for me to belittle the historical value of these two excellent games. I think that everyone who has not been able to play them at some point in life has here one of the best opportunities today to make them. However, Castlevania Requiem: Symphony of the Night & Rondo of Blood, as a product, is a terrible job by Konami. I dare say that it is a lazy way for the company to earn more money on such a valuable and important franchise. We have no additional content to add value to the package. The game's exclusivity to PS4 is also questionable. Personally, I don't see any reasons to prevent the release of ‘Requiem’ for other platforms such as PC or even the Switch, which would be a great addition to the console library due to its portability.

9 / 10.0 - F1 2020
Jul 22, 2020

F1 2020, with its presentation that faithfully reproduces the transmission of another weekend of Formula 1, takes the lead as one of the best games of the genre this year. With a more refined gameplay for those who are veterans of the franchise and very friendly for those who are not very close to simulators or have never ventured into the genre, we have here a strong candidate for the best racing game of 2020.

8 / 10.0 - Neon Abyss
Jul 23, 2020

For Roguelite fans, Neon Abyss is a must-have title. Challenging, fun and with many references to pop culture, the title guarantees several hours of entertainment, ideal for the platinians on duty or for those moments of relaxation without the commitment to advance in the "campaign".

Fun and addictive, SUPERHOT: MIND CONTROL DELETE expands the experience of the original SUPERHOT, making it what we might call the ‘definitive version’ of a modern classic.

8 / 10.0 - Necrobarista
Jul 28, 2020

Necrobarista is a stylish and engaging journey through a cafe where the living and the dead coexist. The experience is dynamic thanks to the use of 3D and accessible thanks to the use of Portuguese (despite its problems). It is certainly worth checking out for those who like Japanese animations and are interested in the genre.

8 / 10.0 - CARRION
Jul 28, 2020

I never imagined how fun it would be to play the role of a scary monster that needs to fight to escape a secret facility full of humans. In addition to his very exclusive proposal, Carrion also does well in almost all other aspects. The visuals are great, the gameplay works well and the game mechanics are fun. Even leaving the player wanting more, this is a mandatory adventure for those who enjoy a good horror game.

Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris had great potential to be not only the biggest, but the best game in the franchise. Despite having a good combat system and being fun and challenging to synchronize the commands of four characters, hours of unnecessary conversation interrupts the pace of action, in addition to technical problems compromising the game. In the end, it's more of a playable adaptation of the anime's third season than, in fact, a new experience for fans.

7 / 10.0 - Lost Wing
Jul 29, 2020

Lost Wing brings cool mechanics and a very well-composed look, which fits in nicely with its soundtrack. There are some problems, such as limited content, the upside-down camera and the slow start. Even so, its addictive gameplay means that anyone who ventures on these planets keeps coming back for new races.

8 / 10.0 - Rocket Arena
Jul 29, 2020

There are many qualities that make up Rocket Arena: beautiful visuals, funny characters, several different game modes and, above all, a dynamic and competitive combat system. The theme centered on rockets, bombs and explosions is original and well used. Despite having some problems to find online matches, the title is a great option for those who want a light and fun shooter.

10 / 10.0 - Death Stranding
Jul 30, 2020

In general, the arrival of Death Stranding on the PC is very fortuitous, especially since it was released in a high quality version. The game is a masterpiece that offers a unique experience on top of good game design choices and whose bizarre doses in the script create an immersive and thought-provoking world.

8.5 / 10.0 - Rainswept
Aug 3, 2020

Rainswept presents a story of love, trust and hope in the midst of chaos. Even with the game leading us to the conclusion that seems to be the most obvious, it is inevitable to get attached to the characters and their life stories in such a short time, both for the couple and the detective. Because it deals with heavy but delicately crafted topics, some players may feel uncomfortable at certain times. The title is presented in an extremely simple way, but its emotional baggage is not made for any player to carry.

Necronator: Dead Wrong is a tactical and card title with great ideas. The curious combination of real-time strategy, deck building and troop management creates interesting situations in agile battles in small maps. There are good possibilities when building the commander's arsenal with cards, relics and powers, and new options are constantly appearing. However, unpleasant peaks of difficulty, too simple battles and limited variety of content hinder the experience. In the end, Necronator is a fun strategy game, but one that doesn't fully explore its own potential.

Destroy All Humans! will surely offer you an immersive adventure. Although it suffers from long loading screens and requires some knowledge of his historical context, there are some qualities: the gameplay is good, we have several weapons and skills at our disposal and many missions and collectibles to complete and obtain.

9 / 10.0 - Cuphead
Aug 5, 2020

Cuphead's arrival on PlayStation 4 is an excellent addition to the console library, providing one of the largest communities of the current generation also has access to this excellent game. Another interesting point about this launch is that now all players will be able to enjoy the upcoming DLC, called Delicious Last Course, which still has no confirmed release date, but which is still scheduled for this year, promising to pull out what remains of the hair of our heads.

7 / 10.0 - Clash Force
Aug 6, 2020

Clash Force is a good, beautiful and cheap game, but a bit short. For those looking for something objective or just want to add another platinum to the account, it is ideal. However, those looking for something more hardcore may feel a little disappointed with the low difficulty level.

Aug 7, 2020

The third title in the Rock of Ages series differs from its predecessors by bringing new game modes, boulder styles and items to defend your tower, as well as the creation mode for you to put all your creativity into practice and challenge other players. The campaign is fun with the comic cutscenes inspired by Monty Python and has many challenging moments, but the way the challenges are structured makes it fall into a repetition that does not encourage playing for hours in a row.

Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme VS. Maxiboost ON represents well the legacy of a series respected by a legion of fans of the mecha genre. Anyone who doesn't enjoy it a lot might find it strange and even discouraged from playing it as the controls take a while to master and get used to, which will generate that basic frustration of “I don't know how to play this”.

Dragon Marked for Death captivates with its agile and fast-paced 2D action. Completing missions in control of six different heroes is exciting and mastering their skills and peculiarities is one of the highlights of the title. The adventure can be explored alone, but it is in multiplayer that the potential is best explored: players need to coordinate their movements to be able to win, and it is fun when the strategies work. Even so, the game has some notable limitations, such as low-impact RPG aspects, uninspired level design and recycled content, characteristics that can bring a sense of repetition. In the end, Dragon Marked for Death is a reasonable experience, but it is necessary to ignore its problems in order to better enjoy it.

6.5 / 10.0 - Skully
Aug 12, 2020

Skully makes a great first impression with his beautifully designed cutscenes, well-polished graphics and precise controls. Unfortunately, the game falls into a repetition of scenarios, puzzles, challenges and enemies that makes dedication a difficult task. Despite having a beautiful soundtrack that matches very well with certain moments, there are intervals of quiet that intensify the monotony of the game. Skully had great potential, but was misused by falling into repetition.
