What Wolfenstein: The Old Blood does well is the mix between stealth and shooting, as well as the perks that would soon make you play a level in a different way. Moreover, mowing down countless Nazis is still an activity that is entertaining. Add to that eight levels of the original Wolfenstein 3D and you'll have a lot of fun again.

‎Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City doesn't live up to the original franchise. The story and atmosphere aren't impressive, and your team members' AI is just plain deploring. There are also several bugs present, which can slow down the course of the game. Still, the controls are smooth and it feels good to blast zombies ‎‎off.‎‎

9 / 10.0 - Rayman Legends
Aug 26, 2013

‎Rayman Legends is a game that should be in everyone's closet. The game is accessible and ensures that you will always do your best, but without causing irritations. However, you will find that you have to replay levels because you just missed that one piece or have not collected enough Lums. The game's graphical style is upbeat, and everything seems to fit right together in the various themes the game offers. The ability to walk through the levels with your friends is fun from start to finish, but will inevitably lead to a chaos where you only bother each other. All in all, Rayman Legends is a fantastic game that should definitely be among the big names at the top!‎

While the Ultimate Edition of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow doesn't exactly offer innovation to the seasoned fan, it's impossible to deny that this edition is far superior to the previously released console versions.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds has the difficult task of respectfully building on an old game while doing a lot of new. The game mixes the Old and New in a great way. You'll feel right at home in A Link Between Worlds.

The nice thing is that you are not only surprised by new possibilities, but also by old elements that come back in a good and unexpected way. It's not a refresh like Super Mario Galaxy, but Super Mario 3D World is a great mix of old-fashioned platforms and modern 3D gaming. We jump, with claws out, a hole in the air.‎

8 / 10.0 - Dead Rising 3
Nov 30, 2013

In the real world, we consume a lot of media products that have to do with zombies, apocalypses and other virus outbreaks. You'd think Dead Rising 3 is an overload of this, but nothing could be further from the truth. Developer Capcom Vancouver has put in such a variety of zombies, fat weapons, and weird humor that Dead Rising 3 stays fresh. And that's quite an achievement, given all the blood and rancidity that shuffles past you.

Ryse: Son of Rome is a game you need to have for your Xbox One for the great pictures and detailed, realistic environments in the ancient Roman Empire. Furthermore, this game offers little original. It's a very solid game in which you can make your move, as long as you have good timing. Keep your cool, because those enemies who attack all at once are working the nerves when you try to go off your beautiful little bit of buttons. Ryse does, however, give you a nice challenging game that has virtually no weird glitches.

It's clear from the start that Liberation HD is a remake of a Vita-game. Some mechanics are really interesting tough, like the costume-system, but are on the other hand poorly implemented. At the end of the day it's an interesting, but lesser Assassin's Creed.

It does some things very well, but drops some stitches. The single player is roughly entertaining, but isn't made for long play sessions: the missions are often very short and simple in form. The co-op makes up for a lot, only this mode has a big lack of content. This is a great pity, as it is precisely that multiplayer that brings out the fun. Halo: Spartan Assault doesn't impress as much as had been hoped for beforehand, but it's worth it. Even if you don't have anything with Halo.

9 / 10.0 - Rayman Legends
Feb 25, 2014

‎Rayman Legends is one and remains a good game. It was already super on the current-gen consoles and is even better on the next-gen consoles. Ubisoft hasn't been sitting still and really did something to make a difference between this version and the earlier version for the older consoles. If you don't have the game yet, you'll have to go get it anyway. If you already have the game for other consoles, then you have to start asking yourself if the game is worth it and whether the pluses improve so much that you have to have the game a second time.‎

The announcement of Garden Warfare was an odd one, but in the end it turns out to be a brilliant decision. Garden Warfare is colourful, funny, challenging, cheap and within a few months new content will make up for the lack of game-modes.

4 / 10.0 - Monochroma
Jun 8, 2014

It's easy to fall in love with Monochroma's style, but the stiff and slow responsiveness of the controls and the annoying brother on your back, makes it a tough challenge to complete the game.

‎Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition is still just as rewarding to play a year on as it was then. The colorful, humorous world is a welcome change from all the dark games and besides, we rarely see this Mexican style in gameland. What's more, there's an offline cooperative mode that allows you to finish the game entirely with a fellow luchador.‎

‎But that's really the only big downside of the game. Divintiy: Original Sin shows for the rest that the pure computer role-playing games are alive again and that we can actually uncork the champagne for that fact.‎

9 / 10.0 - Shovel Knight
Jul 29, 2014

‎Shovel Knight is a nice glimpse into the past of video games, but at the same time also an example of successful modern sidescrollers. Through tight controls, fantastic style, and a level of difficulty that's just high enough, Shovel Knight can easily be mentioned in the same breath as the classics it pays tribute to.‎

‎If we forget his twin brother for the PS3 for a moment, The Last of Us: Remastered is a top-notch game that should definitely not be missing from your collection of PS4 games. Is this a game to buy a PlayStation 4 for? If you haven't played the game yet, then definitely. But if you already have the PS3 version, it might be better to wait for an offer. After all, you don't pay for extra gameplay, but for a new lick of paint.‎

‎But the biggest reason why you should bring this game into your home is because of the co-op. Online or offline. Especially if you're the proud owner of one of the new consoles that don't yet have as many cooperative titles that offer as much depth as this one. In short, there is no better time to board the Diablo train.‎

8.5 / 10.0 - CounterSpy
Aug 30, 2014

CounterSpy is an interesting stealth-game, with a mix between 2D- and 3D-gameplay. The graphical style and music top this amazing, little game off.
