Blood Bowl is a beautiful game and Cyanide replicates it in every detail in its latest videogame version. Too bad the single player is ruined by terrible AI and multiplayer is plagued by incomprehensible restrictions. At least developers seem to be addressing the hottest topics raised by the community.

The original Pharaoh came in 1999 towards the end of a generation of city builders. In 2023, Dotemu's Pharaoh: a New Era retains the classic gameplay, but the lack of innovation weighs more than ever as it competes with a new generation of games in the same genre.

Cozy. This is PathCraft, a very comfortable experience which doesn't really break any new ground in the puzzle platformer arena, but it makes you feel home and will challenge you with progressively more difficult puzzles. With its cute art and precise and immediate controls, it's easy to recommend.

Complex beast, Marvel's Midnight Suns. Overall, I have enjoyed it a lot; so much that I found its defects even more annoying, especially considering they are related to design choices around combat missions. Still, this game is an epic adventure, truly worth of Marvel's lore.

Floodland is a very strong strategic game with solid gameplay mechanics. The world is fascinating to explore and the narrative campaign introduces new layers of complexity. Defects are few and far between with little impact on the overall experience. Kudos to Vile Monarch.

A solid management game that finally let us play as the Team Principal of our favourite F1 team. There are plenty of meaningful decisions to take, both on and off track, but sometimes all the numbers risk to feel overwhelming.

Let the fun begin! What, did you think the campus was meant for study? In Two Point Campus there is very little difference and the joyful tone will make you happier and happier as you spend hours between gourmet cuisine competitions and a doomed magic university that looks suspiciously like Hogwarts.

Wear the headset and start shooting. And dodging. And creating absurd weapons. MOTHERGUNSHIP: FORGE is a pretty straight-forward roguelite shooter that delivers on its premise. It won't do much more than that, but that's fine, believe me.

Players beware: it is really hard to stop playing Redout 2. It's more a simulator than an arcade, but it will still keep you hooked and wanting to race again and again on amazing tracks located in beautiful environment. It would really need a training mode, because damn it's tough.

If brainless fun is what you are looking for, look no more. Starship Troopers: Terran Command is light on strategic elements but delivers the feeling of being part of the mobile infantry, as made famous by Paul Verhoeven's movie and Robert Heinlein's novel.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong follows in the vein of narrative games like those of Telltale and Quantic Dream, but cannot reach the same level of quality. The narrative has a tendency to feel too linear and technically wise the game is far from impressive.

Unfortunately, I can't say I have had huge amounts of fun with Galactic Civilizations IV. Although all the basics are there for an enjoyable experience, and Stardocks added a good amount of specific systems to make the experience unique, crucial aspects like war management and IA behaviour ended up ruining my time with the game.

Seriously, how cute is Quill? Her adventure is quite the epic one though, and you should be ready for a strong emotional ride. By the way, the puzzles are perfectly integrated into the platform sections, and considering the lack of strong alternatives on PS VR right now, you should just thank Polyarc and give them your money.

I love Lo Wang so much. So much! He's truly the best third-grade ninja in circulation! That's why it's a shame that the combat arenas are effectively the same throughout the whole campaign.

FAR: Changing Tides will give you time and space to think of what it means to go through a journey and question your ideas around home and belonging. After you finish it, you will not forget you have played this game. In a good way.

A new Serious Sam game! And guess what? You get exactly what you'd expect! Siberian Mayhem is a mindless fragfest that does not overstay its welcome. Just a shame that graphics also seems to be coming from 10 years ago.

Curious League of Legends spin-off, this Hextech Mayhem. It's a simple but solid rhythm game that could use some variety to spice up the gameplay and the level design.

Tempestfall is better as an adventure into the grim world of Age of Sigmar than a dual-wielding weapon, spell-casting combat game as a Stormcast Eternal. Confused? Me too.
