Fallen Leaf Reviews
It starts off rocky, but improving the baseline stats of your characters really aids Fallen Leaf in becoming much more enjoyable - to such an extent that, in spite of some quirks and irritations, it will remain in my retro-title rotation for quite some time.
With a varied selection of movement systems between each character, rich audiovisuals and deceptively impressive levels, Fallen Leaf excels at combining the many ideas of NES classics.
Fallen Leaf isn't a game that revolutionizes the platforming genre, but it's a solid and fun adventure. Though the quantity of stages may lead to tiring progression and the difficulty peaks may be stressful, it's admirable that this title is developed by only three people and presents such polish and variety.
