I really loved the art direction of this game. Princess Mononoke was a movie that I used to watch quite a bit as a teenager, so it was really cool to feel somewhat like you were in that universe again. I enjoyed most of the puzzle/platforming, I think it feels distinct and unique but it’s not anything too difficult or intricate. I thought the pacing at the end felt a little off, I definitely had a moment where I thought I was going to roll credits, and then it continued for a little while longer past that point. I played this game in like 3 sessions and I thought that really helped make everything feel fresh each day, rather than just beating the game in one sitting. I feel like you might get a bit tired of the mechanics if you played the whole game through in one sitting. I really enjoyed this game and I’m glad the developers got to make another unique game.
