A far better option than any Persona and a great new effort. However, playing this after FF7 Rebirth really makes the game feel weak in many aspects: Very fragmented worlds, time limits, a tottaly uninteresting main character, lower scale and scope, repetitive social interaction, dated visuals. On the great side:

The scope of the game is unmatched. After a very long time, it shows a new and highly successful direction for the JRPGs genre and sets the new standard. A masterpiece in any way. The best soundtrack ever and quite possibly my GOAT.
