Anj Kingdom Come: Deliverance Review

It is nice game, but feel lacking in many aspects. First of all the inventory is atrocious. It is really hard to manage, find anything and compare stats. It is hard to carry anything, because limit is so low.
Overall story is nice, but certain quests and interactions are really badly written. You meet a guy, you talk like you know each other from Skalitz, and then next dialogue "Oh hi! Are you the guy for Skalitz? This other guy sent me to talk to you" as if they see each other for the first time. It completely kills immersion. And it happened couple of times already.
Combat system is interesting, but they destroyed the idea by introducing excessive tacking, and it kills all the joy out if it. Also auto camera locking is irritating.
World is really nicely crafted, with many visual details and is believable as medial era. But at the same time it feels just empty and uninteractive. There is an axe laying around? It is only a prop, you can not take it. There isn't anything interesting to find and explore.
So in summary it is interesting game, but it is badly thought out in many aspects. Gothic from 20 years ago had better story, more engaging world, more cohesive dialogues. Even combat controls were less frustrating.
