Anoranza Pragmata Review
Apr 20, 2026
I've completed the game (with a gamepad) on Normal difficulty with Japanese voice acting and French subtitles; all levels are 100% complete (all red rooms and collectibles, but not all mini-cabin levels or simulations), around 20 hours of gameplay.
In my opinion, this is a really great game—beautiful and completely bug-free. The gameplay is relatively original ( least something a bit new) and well-executed (you can create a ton of different builds!).
The story is the major weak point—it’s been done a million times before, no surprises, but au least it's well executed. The bosses are fun, except for the last one, whose design feels a bit out of place to me.
There’s a short endgame (a few extra levels—mostly more battles) so you can keep playing a bit after the main story ends.
I hope Capcom will do a sequel: with a richer storyline and more fully developed characters, a game like that could be truly exceptional ;)
