BattlePet Hearts of Iron IV Review

National Focus trees are the soul of Hearts of Iron, and their highly adaptable design has spawned many brilliant mods. Coupled with mechanics that are hard to learn but rewarding to master, the game becomes a platform for passionate players to craft compelling narratives—whether rooted in history or alternate realities. While the base game is not that good, especially recent country packs that have left players strongly frustrated by Paradox’s laziness, its foundational framework still holds endless possibilities.
