BomerSpam2 Pokemon Legends: Z-A Review
Nov 3, 2025
Pokemon Yellow Version taught me how to read when I was 4 years old. Since then, I've played and beaten every single mainline game in the franchise, even going as far as completing the pokedex in many of them... needless to say, I am a HUGE Pokemon fan. That being said, let me remind you that Pokemon is the highest-grossing media franchise in the world, so how they could have any dignity after releasing this slop is beyond me. The tutorial is slow, boring, uneventful, and insults the intelligence of the player. It is 2025 and there still is no voice acting. The graphics are beyond abysmal - they quite literally did not try. This game would need at least 3 more years of production to get to any level of perceivable quality — the walls are literally two dimensional and flat. You cannot go inside most buildings, the doors are painted on and purely cosmetic. As it stands, this game is a GameCube game that is running at a higher resolution, and that's no way to treat your customers. Beyond that, you have $30 DLC on DAY ONE just to sell the customer content that you intentionally cut from the base game, including some people's favorite pokemon. From top to bottom, this game is irredeemable trash, and everyone saw this coming from a mile away. To the pokemon fans who bought and defend this "game" — you deserve to be taken advantage of. You accept and encourage slop, so that is what you will always get from Pokemon.
