Mar 21, 2025
WWE 2K25 delivers a solid wrestling experience with several standout features. The game boasts a ton of game modes, ensuring there’s something for every type of player, and Paul Heyman shines as a fantastic showcase mode host, adding a lot of personality to the experience. The roster is impressively huge, giving fans access to a wide range of superstars, and the gameplay feels polished and engaging. Community creations are a big plus, allowing players to customize and share content, while the overall presentation is top-notch, with slick visuals and a great atmosphere.
However, the game isn’t without its flaws. The audio in some cutscenes is noticeably bad, which can break immersion, and the animations occasionally feel a bit dodgy, lacking the smoothness you’d expect. Additionally, the inclusion of the island setting feels unnecessary and doesn’t add much to the overall experience.
Overall, WWE 2K25 is a strong entry in the series with plenty to love for wrestling fans, though it’s held back slightly by some technical hiccups. If you’re a fan of the franchise, it’s definitely worth checking out!
