Claiborne Mario & Luigi: Brothership Review

Jan 22, 2025
Very great game for a Mario and Luigi RPG lover. the atmosphere of the game was created carefully and kindly allowing the player to come to know the characters at the end of the story. Even though this game had big shoes to fill, it doesn't miss the mark entirely. A shaken up way of combat provides a new thought to battle strategy, but the new way in practice isn't the most engaging method. Previous titles have included the use of "Badges" to enhance the battle element in which each badge combination had a promising reward that was neither too powerful nor powerless. Brothership's rendition of badges makes battling too easy. Other than that, the beginning of the game is unbearably slow to get the show on the road making the player use the same single attack for hours relying on discovery and dialogue to carry the game until the game spikes in interest. Music wise, the game is catchy, but it isn't exactly as catchy as Mario and Luigi Bowser's Inside Story or Dream Team. All in all, the game is a wonderful journey that it would be a misfortune for anyone to neglect playing it. It is not its predecessors, but it is a new take on the Mario and Luigi Series.
