Claire Life is Strange: Reunion Review

"Such a redemptive comeback story following Double Exposure, my expectations were so low and broadly exceeded here Could have used a bit more Pricefield relationship, romance, or deep conversations, but we got enough that it didn't feel fake Was not expecting the ""Until Dawn""-esque final sequence, pretty cool and requires a fair bit of prep to get everything as intended Most of the story weakness comes from it being basically a direct sequel to DE, and the baggage/lack of interesting things from that story. I forgot how poor the romance choices were, and even in this game they basically make you hate one of them (Vinh) Hits all of the musical beats you expect from this franchise, great needle drops Graphically, it is wild how much better this looks than even the remasters of 1 and BtS. I really want to re-play those in the not too distant future Replayed final section to get the no-death ending, had a stupid order of operations mistake in my natural run which caused one death Does the ending montage photographs change if you got the happy ending, and Max has no reason to go back in time? Since it looked like she was about to burn it, where others said Lots of tears, especially at the end, the photo montage even for a happy ending is just rip your heart out sad. We've spent so much time with these characters, and if this is truly the end, I can find peace knowing that everything is gonna be alright "
