9 / 10.0 - Venba

Venba is a golden example of how video games can authentically represent underrepresented cultures when developed with care. Its short but impactful two-hour gameplay is a testament to the game's focus on quality over quantity.

9 / 10.0 - Cobalt Core
Nov 19, 2023

Cobalt Core has innovative gameplay, diverse mechanics, and high replay value. Learning was straightforward, and the game had a deep learning curve. The characters are hilarious and relatable. Sometimes, I would say something to see one of the characters telling me something. It's a must-play for fans of rogue-like, deckbuilder, and shmup genres, offering a refreshing take on hybrid gaming. I hope the developers would also consider a versus multiplayer mode.

Ravenlok was a beautiful delight and the perfect game for speedrunners, young players and those seeking a fun and charming game. Another thing I would like to note is that the music is breathtaking. 6 / 10.0 - The Invincible
Nov 10, 2023

The Invincible struggles to live up to its potential, marred by disjointed logic, frustrating navigation, and a narrative that doesn't fulfill its early promise. When I played the demo of this game, I was very excited for this game. While the game boasts stunning visuals, engaging character conversations and a solid start to the story, these strengths are overshadowed by its flaws.

7 / 10.0 - Sonic Superstars
Nov 2, 2023

Sonic Superstars offers a visually stunning and enjoyable adventure that combines classic Sonic high-speed action platforming with a fresh, 3D twist. The game's level design, treatment of Chaos Emeralds, and camera shake issues hold it back from reaching its full potential, but it's a must-play for Sonic fans. As you blaze through the Northstar Islands with Sonic and his friends, you'll experience a thrilling reimagining of classic Sonic gameplay..

Slender: The Arrival 2023 Update brings Slender Man back to life, offering fans a chance to revisit a classic with a fresh coat of paint. While it may not be a groundbreaking masterpiece, it successfully marries nostalgia with modernization. The updated visuals, multiple difficulty options, and story completion are praiseworthy. However, the game's shortcomings in sound quality, motion blur, and a somewhat dated feel compared to other 2023 horror titles may deter some players.

8 / 10.0 - NHL 24
Oct 12, 2023

NHL 24 is recommended for seasonal players seeking the latest hockey simulation experience. Newcomers to the franchise will also find it appealing, provided they can adapt to the current control options. The game's presentation, the pressure system, and the improvements to goalie gameplay make it feel like an accurate representation of hockey. I would love to see the return of GM Connected, Live Roster option for Season or Franchise mode. The menu seems a bit clunky, and the lack of NHL94 controls doesn't seem welcoming to a new player, and it's a notable drawback
