In the end, I’m confident in the following claim: Bloober Team’s Blair Witch is the best entry in the franchise since the original The Blair Witch Project. I very much look forward to jumping back in to find everything that I might have missed and to try and unlock another ending.

I kept coming back to The Land of Pain instead of writing it off. It is not only an impressive effort from one developer, but it's also inviting to genre fans while being approachable by today's standards. For just $12, it's a solid pick if you're introducing a friend to the genre as well.

Some say money is the root of all evil. Madmind Studio appears to be one such video game developer that reached too high when creating Agony. This extremely graphic and sexual game set out to shock players the day its initial Kickstarter campaign launched. The most shocking thing is how dull Agony is.
