Dasein Muv-Luv Review

The things that happened in the sequel made me appreciate this more. I'm not usually a fan of "comfy" or Slice-of-Life, but I remember playing Alternative and thinking about the good ol' days of Muv-Luv. The contrast drives home the point that War is [The Underworld] and that you never know what you've got until it's gone, that "Boring" is actually good. Sequel aside, it's a pretty decent rom-com/dating sim game on its own with enough drama, angst and subversion of tropes to keep things interesting.
