degypr Life is Strange: Double Exposure Review
Nov 3, 2024
In a choice based game, your choices should matter. Life is Strange Double Exposure makes a hard statement about this as it invalidates your choice in it's prequel first thing if you picked one of the two available endings. After that, the only choices that matter are the romance options. Nothing in the story changes depending on what you do, and there is only one ending. Ending is actually putting it generously, there isn't really an ending, nothing gets resolved, except that it teases a sequel. Life is Strange was always about human emotion and true connections, this feels like a product made for corporate high ups who wants to milk as much money out of a franchise as much as possible. If you like the original game, I cannot recommend it at all.
