Dogen Silent Hill 2 Review

I had my reservations about Bloober Team involvement in this project since the announcement. I'm not particularly fond of Bloober's games (not that they're bad in any way, they just don't resonate with my tastes), and me being a long time Silent Hill fan, I was worried about what they could deliver about this very important comeback. Well, I'm so glad I can take this back and state that they delivered a nearly perfect remake of what Silent Hill 2 should be in this modern age. A game which is both very respectful of the original and that knows how to improve on almost every playable aspect to bring this title to modern audiences. I now have more than 40 hours of gameplay registered on my PS5, and I'm sure I'll be revisiting it every so often as I did with the original. This is the way to go regarding modern remakes. Now I look forward to new IP's and ideas from Bloober Team in the future.
