Strong title from Paradox, has the usual required DLC issue but the base game is a much stronger offering than usual from PDX. Really fun game with really good mods.

This is truly my favorite CCG, and it is solely held back by the monetization.

This game is nearly perfect, however it requires all of the DLC for this and so I hesitate to call the game itself a 5/5.
