DUSK ICARUS Review

Honestly, ICARUS is one of those games that surprised me. I went into it expecting a pretty normal survival game, but there’s actually a lot to do. The world is huge and really beautiful, and exploring it never gets boring, especially when you’re going into caves or climbing through the mountains and suddenly a storm hits. The building and crafting are probably my favorite parts. Starting with basically nothing and slowly building up your base, getting better equipment, and unlocking new technology feels really rewarding. It can get a little grindy sometimes, but for me that’s part of the fun. It’s also way more fun with friends. Going out on expeditions together, hunting, building a base, or just getting completely destroyed by wildlife creates some really funny moments 😂 The game definitely has some issues and it’s not perfect, but overall I’ve had a really good time with it. If you like survival games and you’re looking for something you can sink a lot of hours into, I’d definitely recommend ICARUS. Really solid game and definitely worth trying, especially with friends.
