Eleonora Genshin Impact Review

They always do surveys but they NEVER listen to players. If you say something negative (not insults, just rightful critiques) they ban you. They purposely make bad characters that only work with the new supports but at the same time they barely give rewards that you can't even reach a five star character (and if you lose the 50/50 it's even wasted) The total for a guaranteed character is 180 pulls and they barely give 60 each patch despite adding TWO new limited characters and weapons. This is extremely greedy and frustrating, it's not fair to waste HOURS of gaming for no rewards at all. EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED.
