This game made me cried more than once, what a beautful emotional adventure, and the music from MaxLL are amazing.
In the beginning half, the game was fun enough and the storyline engaging enough that it created a genuine desire to finish, which kept me playing long enough to slowly run into its flaws. Over time I found the later half increasingly frustrating, unclear, and mentally exhausting to get through,
A game about life and letting go. A beautifully made story and game with emotion-hitting lines. Worth the time!
Spiritfarer is a hidden gem! This game evokes a wide range of emotions, blending heartfelt storytelling with stunningly beautiful graphics. On top of that, it incorporates platforming elements, which makes it even more engaging and appealing—at least for me.
A truly great game treating a very difficult subject (death and grief) in a really beautiful and smart way. I personally am not a fan of cosy games but in the case of Spiritfarer, the mechanics chosen fit the message perfectly.
