A tour-de-force of emergent game design, audio, and immersion. ARC Raiders feels like a game the devs themselves actually want to play.
Between the server SLAM, the beta, and the first week, I’ve passed over 100 hours! The game is insanely fun. Every match brings different emotions, and above all, playing solo is a completely different experience from playing in a team.
I am stunned by this really well-made game. The interesting thing is that it's an extraction shooter but it doesn't feel empty if you aren't fighting with other players. It's really not boring, no matter what your play style is, which is a big plus compared to other similar games.
ARC Raiders is practically the only game that runs properly on Unreal Engine 5. The developers managed to achieve stable performance by completely disabling Nanite and Lumen. Even without these flagship UE5 features, the game still looks impressive, proving that good optimization and smart art direction can be more important

A game made right in which you can see the developer's love throughout. If you play it as it's intended and not like you would play an arcade shooter, you are certain to get dozens of hours of fun out of it.
Honestly I always hated extraction shooters, finding them almost empty and useless / boring. I happily changed my mind with this one: CPU enemies totally different from human players, so you always know who your enemy is case by case. Progression system and objectives are clever and there is always
