Gameternel Far Cry 4 Review

Nov 18, 2025
Far Cry 4 is indeed what one could hope it to be after playing Far Cry 3: an improved version of the latter. The gameplay is fun, the world is gigantic, the missions and things to do are numerous. You really feel like you’re part of the Golden Path and you HAVE to fight to survive. Spoiler time: as with Far Cry 3 thought, the main vilain is very charismatic, sure, but quite absent throughout the whole story. And it’s not even limited to Pagan Min; Paul de Pleur, Noor, Yuma are all examples of interesting ideas not explored enough. I would have prefered to skip Yuma’s character, for instance, to deepen the story of Paul & Noor. I would also have loved if we would explore Noore’s vision longer (although it does not mean that I would have liked to have the same quests all over again, all the time). I have enjoyed driving around Kyrat. I really appreciated all the improvements made on this game based on the previous release; it really does feel like the development team has listened to feedback. Last word: f*** snipers.
