Gameternel Far Cry Primal Review

Nov 18, 2025
Far Cry: Primal is a better game than Far Cry 4 in my opinion. It takes b***s to remove guns from an entry of the Far Cry series. I wasn’t sure this one would work, and now that I’ve finished it, I admit I was wrong. FC Primal was a really good game, one that I enjoyed quite a lot. The game immerse us in Oros, a land divided between three prehistoric tribes: Udam, Izila and Wenja, our tribe that we’ll try to maintain and grow. The main gameplay mechanic is nothing new in this series: you hunt to improve your equipment, you capture outposts (but prehistoric ones, so that’s even cooler!) and you travel left-and-right to meet the needs of people around you. As always, you end up captured one or twice but by now you know the gig, so you always avoid painful death, Houdini style. I don’t have a lot to say about the game. I liked its environment, it’s really beautiful and has a diverse landscape. The beasts mechanic is a great addition, it really made half of the fun during the whole gameplay. I would be looking forward for a sequel, would that ever happen.
