You can feel already after the first hours, that this game is a masterpiece: adult, top story and dialogues, immersive world to explore. Music is wow. Gameplay improved finally, but it is still a bit weird and mods improves is a lot (f.e. experience mod is helpful). Graphics were and are still great (mods...). So why not 10 points? I am sick of this menu controlling (inventory especially). You need modders to change some game systems, otherwise this game is not fun. It was the same in Oblivion, this console garbage is so annoying. So, ok, you download some mods, whats the problem? It is not that easy to install them, you need tools, and just one mod wont help you enough, you need dozens. For sure you will do some mistakes, so you will need to install it all again. Oh and there are still bugs, you need a mod for that too.
