Hadron X The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria Review

Dec 28, 2024
I played for 8 hours to give this game a chance. But the game is boring, it's like Minecraft with better graphics. The backpack has a very small capacity, and additionally, different ingredients have a quantity limit per slot. This means that you have to constantly throw something away to take something else. Frequent returns to the camp are very annoying. You constantly have to set up some torches, because it's cold and dark. In addition, you have to decide - do you go with a torch or a shield. Setting up equipment elements is terribly imprecise and unintuitive, which is very annoying. When was the last straw and I abandoned the game? When I reached a better forge in elven territory and had to repair the furnace. I found two elements on the spot, for the third I had to go back 500 yards to the camp to make it and bring it back. It's a heavy element, so during this time you can't run, fight, jump or climb, you can only go on flat ground and up stairs - the longest 500 yards in my life. When I started the forge, I wanted to build a "heart" near it, but unfortunately I didn't have coal in my backpack, so I would have to go back another 2x500 yards for it. Nonsense. I uninstalled the game.
