Absolute waste of money. Every mission ends with some sort of weird, forced boss fight. No check-points, no autosaves, no difficulty settings, and no pausing since it is all online.
Sure, the co-op is optional, but it's very clear that you're intended to play with others.
A couple examples: Constantly hearing the other playable characters' dialog, but they're nowhere to be seen outside of cutscenes unless you're playing with others; sections where a few things have to be done almost simultaneously; and a mission that starts with everyone in different rooms, which means nothing when playing solo.
There's one fight that was pretty much just a Resident Evil boss where you have to find the eye-like flowers and destroy them to weaken your enemy.
Another boss fight is just you fighting a giant version of one of your teammates.
More than half of the gameplay is literally just zombies mode (seriously, one of the "bosses" is a Disciple).
In-between the "story missions," you're forced to criss-cross a large map with enemies scattered about like it's DMZ.
Speaking of Warzone-based mechanics, there are sort of loot crates scattered around the missions with two guns you can choose from OR major/minor abilities to swap out.
THERE IS LITERALLY A SECTION WHERE IT IS STRAIGHT UP FROGGER.
This entire game has to have been created by AI and you can't convince me otherwise. They already proudly admitted to using generative AI for the callcards, so who's to say they didn't give ChatGPT a prompt like "Make a sequel to Black Ops II, but include The Cradle from Black Ops 6 as the main problem."
Don't waste your money.
