JPazizi Battlefield 6 Review

I was affected by the EA preorder bug. I opened a ticket at release while the bug was still active. EA’s “customer support team” won’t help. After 8 chats with their support, they finally told me that I won’t receive anything and that everyone who will get the compensation should have received an email. So if you didn’t get an email, you won’t get anything from them either. They also won’t refund the money I paid for the game — a game I don’t even want to touch anymore. I’ve already opened a PayPal dispute regarding this issue.
