A cozy styled, management game about running an animal shelter for dogs. The art style is an incredible fit for this game. I enjoy most of the in-game mechanics. However some fall-short for me, a part of the game is the wellbeing of the dog, a great to increase it is by unlocking the play-area for dogs. But it takes a few days to unlock, as you need the skill tree to unlock, and can be harder to do some grants without unlocking because you need a certain% of overall wellbeing. Besides that downside, the game is full of bugs. I fortunately got this game with Prime, had I not I would be disappoint, as some of this bugs wastes your time and can make the game unplayable. Such as dogs glitching about making it harder to attach my lead, glitching back to where I was taking them from, teleporting out of their kennel, visually appearing in the room, but their 'hitbox' is outside so I have to walk outside of the building to pick them up. Also, sometimes it's hard to see their Fecal matter because it's hidden behind an object or generally out of reach. I do like the intended message of how hard it can be to run a shelter for dogs. In the real world, running an animal shelter is hard & costly. And unless it's a 'no-kill' shelter, animals will be put down. It's why donations help shelters immensely, and if you're able AND capable to adopt from a shelter (rather then buy from a Pet-store or Breeder, which can have inhumane practices towards animals), it's one of the best things you can do for the animal/s. If the bugs weren't as prevalent. I would play this game more and recommend it. But for now, it's a bit unplayable in my case.
