Justleeguy Fortnite: Battle Royale Review

Enjoyable for its many gamemodes and option to create one's own gamemodes. Easy to learn controls and options for both casual and competitive players. However, the sheer number of bugs and errors this games is riddled with is astounding. Be it gameplay issues such as items falling through the floor, audio errors such as certain actions causing sound to cut out or repeat endlessly, or server errors such as being unable to join other players due to the option to ready up not showing up for those out of the lobby. With every season comes an onslaught of these errors alongside worsened optimisation and a larger file size for this already bloated game. Bug fixes are few and far in between, especially for the completely neglected creative gamemode. I'd perhaps have higher hopes for such a game if it were under Valve's wing, but Epicgames will forever value celebrity shilling and rapid-fire seasonal events.
