Genshin grew greedy over time, they give you 60 pulls for 1 month and a half of playing their game but at the same time realease 3 good character, 180 pulls needed to get 1 guaranteed copy of a character. Its truly unfair unless you're p2w. The main events of the previous patch and the next one giving you a weapon skin instead of a good 4* weapon like all previous main event in the game is not f2p friendly at all too.
