Kessydx Genshin Impact Review

I'll leave this here as a warning to others. I've been playing for 4 years, starting on the 21st. I contacted support because I needed to delete invalid additional accounts and got nothing. They simply reject requests for nothing, it's impossible to do basic actions on an account that belongs exclusively to me. They allegedly can't confirm my rights as the owner. There is no live communication, they don't want to explain anything, what information needs to be added or corrected. Bot support, copy-paste letters, no specifics. It's simply impossible to prove that the account is yours even with receipts, they don't let you unlink extra, outdated accounts. My social networks were previously deleted and I personally can't unlink them now, I thought I'd quickly resolve the issue with support, yeah... Disgusting. If in the future, Archon forbid, your account is stolen, you won’t even be able to prove anything to them.
