Korn63 Fortnite: Battle Royale Review

Nov 3, 2025
I used to love Fortnite. Back in the early chapters, it was genuinely fun — creative, unique, and full of personality. Every match felt fresh, and the game actually rewarded skill and creativity. But now? It’s a bloated mess that’s practically unplayable and barely resembles what made it special in the first place. The gameplay has become way too chaotic. There’s so much clutter, random gimmicks, and crossover nonsense that it feels like you’re in a loud, confusing commercial instead of an actual game. The constant influx of overpowered weapons and absurd mechanics makes balance nonexistent. You can’t build or fight strategically anymore — you just get spammed by whatever new broken item Epic decided to shove in that week. Performance-wise, it’s worse than ever. The servers stutter, hit detection feels off, and there are bugs everywhere. Even simple things like weapon swapping or editing can lag for no reason. The game barely runs smoothly, and when it does, it’s just not fun. The magic is gone. And don’t even get me started on the shop and battle passes. Every update feels designed around selling something rather than improving the experience. It’s clear Epic cares more about pushing cosmetics than maintaining quality gameplay or listening to the community. Fortnite used to be about skill, creativity, and fun. Now it’s a frustrating, over-commercialized, unbalanced mess that’s lost its soul. I can’t believe how far it’s fallen.
