Kynes Salt and Sanctuary Review

Overall its good, but not without some issues. Pros: - Really nice, but "grimy" aesthetic. - Engaging combat that's really varied based on different weapon archetypes. - Not demanding, as you can see from the attached specs it ran on a literal potato. - Good music... Cons: - ... but not enough of it. More variance in the boss themes would have been nice. - The narrative is interesting, but I would have liked to see it expressed a little more thoroughly. It's not a slam dunk, but if you like a 2D metroidvania with big souls-like elements you'll probably have a good time with this one.
