mayowaaj Sword of the Sea Review

If you're looking for a beautiful atmospheric experience, this is the game for you. You play as a warrior with a sword you use to surf through the terrain to ultimately restore the ocean. It tells it's story mostly through steles you can find out in the world and you can go through the game without interacting with them or paying any attention to the narrative. It has a similar feel to games like [Sky: Children of the Light] and [Journey] and while there isn't much in the way of difficulty there's a variety of collectibles out in the world to find. It also includes a photo mode which and this is always a plus for me when games include it. My major gripe with the game was that although you can perform aerial tricks on the board and the game keeps track of a score for each trick, there isn't much variety to them and after a couple of hours I got bored of them and mostly interacted with it for the "Great Score" achievement.
