Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China is a nice change of pace for the series. The 2.5D art style looks beautiful and gives the game a unique visual identity. The stealth-focused gameplay is fun, and the different tools and abilities make sneaking through levels enjoyable. The Chinese setting is also interesting and gives the game a fresh atmosphere. However, the gameplay can become repetitive, and the level design sometimes feels too linear. The story is also fairly simple and doesn’t leave a huge impact.
