They just want your money. The admin/mod team and customer support are children. they take payments to mute/ban people. They break their own TOS and even when they are proven wrong with screenshots, chat logs, etc. refuse to even acknowledge their mistake resorting to copy paste responses to ignore their player base concerns. Even if the game is ok (just like any other MMO) you'll have issues with the team, the community & chat. If you need help they will just try to sell you stuff or send you generic prerecorded messages instead of investing or taking care of there customer/players.
