Musicka Split Fiction Review

May 5, 2025
The only thing below a 9.5/10 in this game is the story which I would give a 7.5/10 and that's still better than the majority of garbage out there. Split Fiction (#1) had a slightly better story. Getting that out of the way. The game is a masterpiece in towing the line of co-op fun for two players of different skill levels. You can play this with essentially every type of player, from new gamer to expert level gamer and have fun. It teaches tons of game mechanics. The length of game feels longer than the first game. There are so many interesting environments and homages to other games included and done incredibly well. It helps you along in certain areas of the game when it is too hard for one of the players to get through. I think other co-op game companies can learn SO much from this game. Glad to hear one company is keeping co-op alive in the best way.
