Palworld's Guild Chests are providing players with a special feature that many fans have been yearning for since the game's launch, giving them a safe place to store their food items without fear of letting them rot away. While safely storing food indefinitely isn't the chests' primary function, some Palworld players have already picked up on this bonus feature just a few days after Guild Chests were introduced to the game.
Palworld's Feybreak Update was released on December 23, 2024. The update includes a lot of new content, including a new island to explore, a new faction and other NPCs to fight against, and the ability to randomize Pal spawns in specific regions or across the game's entire world. Amid everything else that was added through the update, Feybreak also introduced Guild Chests, which allow any member of an in-game guild to place or remove items inside them, encouraging sharing between guildmates.
As part of the upcoming Feybreak update, Palworld reveals it is adding a Hardcore Mode for players to try out starting December 23.
