An issue with the AI enemies disappearing and teleporting behind the player has both captivated fans online due to the hilarious cutaway, but also opened up a discussion on the persistent issues with glitches in the game.
The FPS horror survival game was released in November 2024, being hugely anticipated due to the 15-year gap between Heart of Chornobyl and 2009's STALKER: Call of Pripyat. Ukraine-based developers GSC Game World suffered from various delays during the production of STALKER 2, due to financial issues and complications with the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Its eventual launch was subject to multiple technical difficulties and glitches, but GSC vowed to repair these quickly. Despite many of the main issues being resolved, players have still noticed some peculiar moments, demonstrated by the clip posted to Reddit.
