Along with Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, the free-to-play fighting title MultiVersus also underperformed, with players lamenting the game's monetization methods and lack of offline play. Despite the massive success of Hogwarts Legacy in late 2023, Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions, released in September 2024, failed to make an impression on fans, with many frustrated by its lackluster graphics and repetition.
