A new Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 cheat tool is allowing hackers to disconnect other players mid-game, sparking outrage among the community. Call of Duty recently released the highly-anticipated Season 2 update for Black Ops 6 and Warzone, with even further improvements to the series' anti-cheat system known as Ricochet. In a recent community update, Activision revealed that the launch of Season 2 would address a variety of different issues related to cheating in both Black Ops 6 and Warzone, including improved client and server-side detections and systems, major kernel-level driver updates, improvements to driver security, reinforced encryption process, and a new tampering detection system. The studio also said that Season 3 and beyond would introduce a brand-new system to "authenticate legit players and target cheaters."
