In a recent community update, Activision revealed that the launch of Season 2 would address a variety of different issues related to cheating in both Black Ops 6 and Warzone, including improved client and server-side detections and systems, major kernel-level driver updates, improvements to driver security, reinforced encryption process, and a new tampering detection system. The studio also said that Season 3 and beyond would introduce a brand-new system to "authenticate legit players and target cheaters."
