A Stardew Valley fan has discovered that using Treasure Totems on Ginger Island can help you gather a plethora of useful items in a short period, including Qi Beans. Treasure Totems were introduced with update 1.6, and by placing one on tillable ground and digging, players can get a ton of geodes, seeds, and other goods, all in one go. On average, a Treasure Totem should lead to around 3,000 gold every time, and using one on Ginger Island can be even more lucrative.
A Reddit post from user Cowgirlsteph shows a quick nine-second video using 10 Treasure Totems on Ginger Island. Within just seconds, they were able to dig up golden coconuts, Qi beans, snake skulls, Omni geodes, artifacts, and more. There's a chance to find rare treasures too, including high-value artifacts worth even more in gold.
Craftable Treasure Totem are a fairly new feature and are only available once you unlock the Mastery section in your Skills menu.
