Battlestate Games, the developer behind Escape from Tarkov, has confirmed an increased spawn rate for one of the FPS’ bosses, teased in a recent social media image. The Escape from Tarkov community has been extremely vocal about certain changes it would like to see implemented into gameplay, and Battlestate seems to be taking these suggestions to the drawing board and bringing them steadily into fruition.
The tactical FPS initially launched its closed beta back in 2017, and gameplay takes place in the fictional Russian region of Norvinsk. Players can join raids and battle other players for loot, in an attempt to survive the war occurring between the United Security "USEC" and the Battle Encounter Assault Regiment "BEAR.” Escape from Tarkov received a console port update recently from Battlestate Games COO Nikita Buyanov, suggesting the tactical FPS will remain a PC game only, much to the disappointment of PlayStation and Xbox owners.
