One The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered player felt the in-game deaths lacked drama, so they created a mod to address this. Ever since Bethesda's huge remaster shadow dropped, modders have been hard at work turning it into a virtual playground with fun extras and useful gameplay tweaks. The modding community continues to grow the game, which has only been out since April 22.
One of the newest popular mods for the remaster is the aptly-named Dramatic Death mod, created and shared on Nexus Mods by user Zarrastro. As the title suggests, the mod "adds a little bit of drama whenever the player kills an NPC or dies" by slowing down the death sequence for effect. The mod has captured fans' attention, drawing over 2,000 downloads in the three days it's been available.
If you find yourself dying (or killing NPCs) often in Oblivion Remastered, this mod will make the experience more memorable. Rather than changing the death animation, the Dramatic Death mod simply allows players to slow it down for a bit. The mod lets players configure how slowly (or quickly!) deaths happen, with the option to stop time altogether.
