After Destiny 2 players discover a number of changes and tweaks inside the Edge of Fate expansion not listed in the patch notes, Bungie's communication manager provides an update. It's been a big week for Destiny 2 fans as the Edge of Fate expansion finally launched, though the first week hasn't always been the smoothest of rides for players.

For months now, Bungie has been teasing and highlighting many of the new features and planned changes Edge of Fate would bring to Destiny 2. The expansion itself was viewed as a new phase for Destiny 2, and with it, Bungie planned to overhaul major sandbox and core systems like armor and how players access content through the Portal.
